The trust is the backbone, not the destination. Preston helps you build a coordinated financial operating system around a private irrevocable trust so cash flow, ownership, control, privacy, security, and continuity work together in real life. The finished architecture is designed to be understood, directed, and maintained by you.

Core is the guided implementation engagement for your household financial architecture. It coordinates private trust setup, cash and investment accounts, personal property, titled vehicles, Tax ID and banking preparation, ownership records, daily procedures, family and incapacity planning, succession, and the final operating handoff. You work privately with Preston each week, with typical completion in approximately 12–24 weeks.

Complete includes everything in Core and adds property-by-property real-estate integration. That may include ownership and document review, mortgages and liens, lender and insurer preparation, deeds, title, recording sequence, property records, and succession. Typical completion is approximately 12–38 weeks.

The Working Session is one private hour devoted to your most important question, decision, or opportunity. Any subject listed within Core or Complete is fair game as time allows, but implementation and ongoing support are not included. You may enroll in Core or Complete directly, in which case the Working Session is included at no added cost. If you purchase the standalone session and enroll in Core or Complete within seven days, your full $1,000 is credited toward the engagement. If enrollment is unavailable, join the appropriate waitlist within seven days to preserve the credit.

You meet privately with Preston each week to review what was completed, make the next decisions, and put the following actions in order. You also have direct access between sessions when a question or outside requirement is blocking progress. Preston provides the analysis, recommendations, preparation, coordination, review, accountability, and operating guidance. You provide accurate information, make the decisions, and complete the actions that only you can perform.

Core and Complete are built around finishing the original agreed work, not counting calls. The standard service period ends when that work is complete or 52 weeks after the starting date, whichever comes first. If you remain responsive and the only remaining delay is outside your reasonable control, Preston continues supporting the original work beyond 52 weeks without an additional consulting fee. New projects, expanded scope, and outside-party outcomes are not included.

After the Core or Complete Architecture work is finished, you receive two private one-hour calls to use during the following 52 weeks. They may be used for new questions, changes in circumstances, outside requirements, or a review of the completed architecture. Your Client Vault remains available as your organized home for the working and reference copies created during the engagement, while you remain responsible for preserving original documents and personal backups.

This included educational session examines publicly available laws and source materials related to paychecks, contractor payments, investments, and other cash flow, including the meaning of “trade or business in the United States.” Preston helps you map how each stream is classified, reported, and connected to your broader operating plan. You remain in control of every decision. The session does not include tax preparation, individual legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to take a particular filing position.

Yes. A mortgage does not automatically disqualify a property. Complete examines the present ownership, deed, mortgage, liens, occupancy, insurance, lender requirements, title system, and recording requirements before putting the available actions in order. Lenders, insurers, title companies, recorders, and other outside parties maintain their own requirements and control their own decisions.

Core does not include current real-estate integration or operating businesses. Complete includes agreed real estate but does not include operating-business integration. The Working Session does not include implementation, document preparation, ongoing access, or follow-up work. Outside professional, filing, title, recording, and institutional costs remain the client’s responsibility. Preston provides educational and operational consulting and does not act as your attorney, accountant, tax preparer, financial adviser, investment adviser, or legal representative.
