Private Trust Strategist is a private client program of The Financial Liberty Education Association. Participation requires voluntary Association membership, and all transactions are donations completed within the framework of The Nation of The Amnesty Coalition.
The program provides education, planning organization, operational guidance, and implementation support. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, or other regulated professional advice. Each client remains responsible for reviewing documents, transferring assets, changing ownership, and making final decisions.
Banks, attorneys, accountants, custodians, lenders, insurers, recording offices, government agencies, and other independent parties control their own requirements and decisions. Specific legal, tax, financial, lending, privacy, recording, or institutional outcomes are never promised.
Unless checkout terms say otherwise, program access, unused sessions, materials, and support are available for 365 days after purchase. Core Architecture and Complete Architecture include a 100% Completion Guarantee: participants who engage in good faith, keep the work moving, and provide reasonably requested information and decisions will continue to receive support through completion, even if the work extends beyond 365 days. If the work is not actively pursued within that period, unused access and support expire. The Working Session credit toward Core or Complete Architecture does not expire. Ongoing Client Vault access stated at checkout is separate from the time limit for scheduled support.
Please keep Social Security numbers, passwords, complete account numbers, identity documents, tax returns, and similar sensitive information out of public forms and ordinary email. Original documents and independent backups must be preserved by the owner.
