Private Membership Agreement

Welcome!

The Financial Liberty Education Association is a private membership association. Private Trust Strategist is one of its member programs.

By completing a purchase, you voluntarily join the Association as a Client Member and agree to this Membership Agreement. Membership begins upon purchase confirmation. No application, later acceptance, or separate signature is required.

Our Private Relationship

The Association provides private education, planning organization, operational consulting, and implementation support to its members. Participation is voluntary. Members remain responsible for their property, documents, professional relationships, and final decisions.

Members agree to participate honestly, respect the privacy of the Association and its members, use Association materials only for personal purposes, and avoid conduct that harms the Association or another member.

Private Capacity

The Association and those serving its members operate within a private member relationship. Any professional license or credential held by an individual remains separate unless a written engagement expressly states otherwise.

Constitutional and Statutory Protections

Ninth Amendment

The Member acknowledges the rights retained by the people under the Ninth Amendment to the United States Constitution. The Association conducts its private activities in reliance upon its members’ rights to associate voluntarily and conduct lawful private activities free from unwarranted interference.

Title 42, U.S.C. § 1983

The Member recognizes the civil recourse provided by 42 U.S.C. § 1983 when a person acting under color of state law deprives another person of rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws of the United States.

Title 18, U.S.C. § 241

The Member acknowledges that 18 U.S.C. § 241 prohibits conspiracies to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in the free exercise or enjoyment of rights secured by the Constitution or laws of the United States.

Member Commitments

Good Faith

The Member agrees to uphold the principles and values of the Association and to participate in its programs and activities in good faith.

Respect for Privacy

The Member agrees to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members and the Association’s activities.

Dispute Resolution

Internal Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or the Member’s involvement with the Association shall be resolved internally through the Association’s established conflict-resolution procedures.

Legal Recourse

Should internal resolution fail, the Member retains the right to seek legal recourse in accordance with the protections provided under the Ninth Amendment, Title 42, U.S.C. § 1983, and Title 18, U.S.C. § 241.

Ending Membership

Voluntary Termination

A Member may end their membership at any time by providing written notice to the Association.

Involuntary Termination

The Association may end the membership of a Member who fails to follow these terms or engages in conduct harmful to the Association or its members. Ending membership does not change payment, refund, credit, or guarantee terms previously agreed to at checkout.

Acknowledgment

By checking the agreement box and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Member Rights and Private Membership Terms. You also acknowledge the protections described under the Ninth Amendment, Title 42, U.S.C. § 1983, and Title 18, U.S.C. § 241. No separate signature is required.
