Investment and Payment Terms

Core Architecture is a one-on-one household project. It usually takes 12–20 weeks. Timing depends on the agreed work, client progress, and outside delays. This is not a group program, a subscription, or a course.

When a payment plan is selected, all scheduled payments remain due for the full engagement fee. The first payment is due at enrollment; remaining payments are automatically processed on the payment schedule selected at checkout.

If a scheduled payment fails, work pauses immediately. The account has 10 calendar days from the failed-payment date to become current. If the account is not current within that period, the engagement ends and amounts previously paid are not refunded.

One engagement. One fee. No retainer. No recurring consulting charge. Outside filing fees and any third-party costs remain separate where applicable.

Refund and Completion Protection

Cancel before your first working session begins for a full refund. Once your first working session begins, the engagement fee becomes nonrefundable and the 100% Completion Guarantee begins.

If you complete the responsibilities reasonably requested for the originally agreed Core Architecture scope, Preston will continue providing the agreed implementation support through reasonable outside delays until the agreed work is complete.

Cancellation before the first working session begins receives a full refund. Once the first working session begins, the engagement fee becomes nonrefundable and the 100% Completion Guarantee begins.

The engagement is intended for completion within 365 days of enrollment. If the agreed Core Architecture work is not completed within that period, the engagement is considered complete and scheduled implementation support ends, except where continued support is required under the Completion Guarantee.

If the responsibilities reasonably requested for the originally agreed Core Architecture scope are completed, Preston will continue providing the agreed implementation support through reasonable outside delays until the agreed work is complete.

The Completion Guarantee is a commitment to continued support within the originally agreed household scope. It is not a guarantee of legal, tax, title, banking, lending, investment, insurance, institutional, or other third-party outcomes.

Scope Boundary

Core covers the household. Complete Architecture adds real estate. Business work is not included in either base package. Contact Preston for a custom quote to add business work.

This engagement provides education, organization, and implementation support. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, insurance, lending, title, or other regulated professional advice.

Final decisions, document review, transfers, and ownership changes remain the responsibility of the client.
