Terms of use and engagement.

This website is published by The Financial Liberty Education Association (the “Association”). It provides general information about the Association’s private membership, trust education, planning organization, and implementation-support services. Content may evolve as the Association’s services, programs, and materials develop.

Association membership is voluntary and is required to participate in a paid engagement. Membership begins upon the Association’s acceptance of a completed membership agreement. A paid engagement begins upon payment and acceptance of its applicable written terms.

Each written engagement agreement defines the scope, timeline, responsibilities, protections, fees, and deliverables for that engagement. If a written engagement agreement differs from this website, the written engagement agreement controls.

The Association provides education, general information, planning organization, and administrative implementation support. It does not provide legal advice, legal representation, legal opinions, tax advice, accounting advice, investment advice, or fiduciary services unless a separate written engagement with a properly qualified professional expressly states otherwise. Every final decision remains with the Member.

The Association does not guarantee a legal, tax, financial, creditor, privacy, estate-planning, title, lending, insurance, regulatory, or other outcome. Members remain responsible for their decisions and for engaging qualified professionals when appropriate.

After a paid Financial Sovereignty Working Session, the Member receives a $1,000 credit toward a Core Architecture or Complete Architecture engagement. The credit applies only to the Association’s fee, is not redeemable for cash, and may not be transferred. The credit remains available while the Member remains in good standing.

Fees are quoted by engagement. The Association does not charge a retainer or recurring consulting fee unless stated in writing.

All website copy, design, original materials, names, marks, and other content are owned by or licensed to the Association or their respective owners. No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, adapted, displayed, or used for a commercial purpose without prior written permission.

Use of this website is also subject to the Association’s Privacy Notice. This website may contain links to third-party websites, scheduling tools, payment services, professional resources, or other platforms. The Association does not control or endorse third-party content, services, availability, or privacy practices.
